One-piece thermoplastic dormer and front top radius, with extra-heavy steel support and lateral brace for refrigeration unit, stainless steel corner radius, 4" foam insulation, aluminum bottom rail. Steps and grab handle on roadside front radius.

Liner
Seamless glass board fastener-free interior walls.

Mounting
Mounted with tapered wood sleeper slats and steel U-bolts. Steel-channel attachment plate for improved body support. Rear Door

Rear Frame
Stainless steel construction, Tom's exclusive thermal breaks on all floors, thresholds and doors, built-in clearance light protector and rain deflector, curbside and roadside grab handles.

.032" aluminum sheet with 3" foam insulation, extruded aluminum top rail, aluminum Z posts on 24" centers, seamless glass board ceiling liner, stainless steel recessed dome light with switch in cab, FMVSS-108 spec exterior lights and reflectors.

Side Walls
1/2" core white fiberglass reinforced plywood (FRP). Standard foam thickness is 3" poured polyurethane insulation (other foam thicknesses available).

Sub Frame
4" foam insulation with wheel pans over tire area, glass board subpan, over 3" I-beam cross members, on 12" centers, 4" steel I-beam long rails, thermal isolation design.
